Anthony James posts us this sad news - 'I've just heard one of my fellow researchers has recently died. Omar Fowler who ran the P.R.A. (Phenomenon Research Association) in Derbyshire, UK, succumbed to complications after taking the FLU VACCINE!!! Omar was a nice chap and his legacy in Ufology will be remembered.
